E-commerce transaction
The customer chooses one method of payment among those offered by the Typofonderie website: VISA card, Amex card, MasterCard, Carte Bleue are accepted.
French customers may order by mail, in which case a cheque should be enclosed. Refer to Alphabets section for a order form or call/fax us directly.
The payment by a banker’s card is made in conformity with the GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE SIPS ATOS-ORIGIN SYSTEM OF PAYMENT. In case of a payment by a credit card, the customer’s account is debited the day of the order and immediate download.
Goods
Porchez Typonderie font software for Macintosh and/or Windows platforms is sold on internationnally on the web. The prices indicated are before taxes. French customers, and EEC customers, will pay additional tax “VAT” at the rate of 19,6%. There is no delivery cost for online sales for the customer. In accordance with the a French “directive” dated 20 May 1997, the customer cannot be reimbursed for goods downloaded on the internet: in our case, “font software.”
Responsibility-Complaints
Typofonderie is solely responsible for the content of its offers and commitments, shall deal directly with each and every complaint or dispute related to the goods sold or supplied, when the said goods are delivered, or when paid. If the dispute concerns the payment operations, the bank or the third party in charge of the system of payment will be able to be consulted.
Transaction
The data registered by Typofonderie website constitute the evidence of all the commercial transactions carried out by Typofonderie and the customer. The data registered by the system of payment Sips Atos-Origin provided by Sogenactif (Société Générale), used and chosen by the customer (bank or any other establishment) constitute the evidence of all the financial transactions carried out by Typofonderie and the establishment in question (or any other organization).
Court applicable right-competent
In case of a dispute, the applicable right is the French right to the courts from Nanterre (92 – France).
Access right to the databases
In accordance with the French laws informatique et liberté (6 January 1978, modified in 2004), the customer has an access right and a rectification right relative to the data concerning his own person, as well as an opposition right.
