Std OpenType glyph set

Languages support

Our Std OpenType fonts are delivered in OpenType format and include a minimum glyph set following Latin 1 encoding, which covers most of Occidental languages and few others: Afrikaans, Albanian, Basque, Breton, Danish, English, Faroese, French, Galician, German, Icelandic, Irish, Italian, Luxembourgish, Norwegian, Occitan, Portuguese, Rhaeto-Romanic, Scottish Gaelic, Spanish, Swahili, Swedish and Walloon.

The others glyphs

The Std OpenType fonts include uppercase, lowercase, different kind of figures when available. The fonts also include punctuation, contain currency symbols (cent, dollar, euro, florin, pound sterling, yen), standard ligatures (fi, fl, ff, ffi, ffl), common fractions (1/4, 1/2, 3/4), common mathematics operators, superscript numerals (1,2,3), common delimiters and conjoiners, and other symbols (including daggers, trademark, registered trademark, copyright, paragraph). Many accessible through the according OpenType features.
Alternatives glyphs may be present depending of the family and accessible only via the glyph palette in applications such Adobe Indesign or Quark Xpress.

Alternates fonts

In some OpenType Std packs, there are some additional alternates glyphs, which are delivered in PostScript Type 1 format for both Macintosh and Windows versions. No technical support for theses additional non-OpenType fonts is provided.
