How to order?
Just select one of the typefaces packages on the top left menu or go to the Alphabets section where you will able to view and select the packages you want. Then, add them to your shopping cart, approve the licence, continue shopping… At the end (click Proceed to checkout just after your shopping cart which appears on left menu), you will be asked to provide your contact details, etc. Immediatly after your purchase, you will be able to download the fonts from the dedicated area, at the same time you’ll receive a transaction receipt with your own secure link. Invoice and printed specimens follow by regular mail/post.
Ordering by fax and mail
In case of an offline order, supplementary costs will be added to the order, as it will be manually handled. Just use the fax form (pdf). We accept any major credit cards. In some special cases, bank transfers are also possible, please contact us for more details. Special offers and separate fonts are available for purchase on the website only. Please contact us before to send your fax, scan by email is more reliable today.
For French customers, personal cheques are accepted, please use the French version of the fax form (pdf).
Ordering for a client, a supplier
In some cases, you may want to buy a typeface family for a client, a supplier. In this case, the only allowed method (please read our licence about that) is ordering by fax and mail. Please fill out the page 1 of the form if you are the buyer, and ask your client to fill out the page 2 (the licence), then send us everything back by fax (+33 146 540 464). Don’t forget to send an email with your client’s additional contact info, as we will only send the fonts to him—not to you—along with his licence.
You will receive your invoice directly. Font packs will be sent (by email + CD-Rom) only after payment completion and licence approval. Would you find this method a bit complex, the best remains to ask your client to buy the fonts online with immediate download.
FontShop, FontBureau, MyFonts, Veer purchases
There is no possible upgrade from the fonts purchased at FontShop to our font versions. But as a current FontShop customer of our fonts, you can at least benefit from the current offers we propose from time to time to our clients (see latest additions to our collection on our home page). This apply also for purchases from FontBureau, Veer or Myfonts. Please contact us to ask for details about the process.
Online purchases invoices
A few days after your online purchase on our website, a printed invoice will be sent to you per surface mail, along with licence documents, type specimens and so on. Your confirmation email stands as receipt for your order & payment until the reception of the printed invoice.
E-commerce security
Online transaction are secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer). You can buy in complete trust. Sogenactif system (from the Société Générale bank) assures you of PTF’s concern for security. If you don’t want to buy online, please use the fax form (pdf).
Your transactions are protected: your card number is secured and never travels unencrypted on the network. Your banking data are not transmitted to Porchez Typofonderie. Sips Atos delivers them only to the bank which processes the payment of your purchase. Payment should be made by credit card only: VISA, American Express, MasterCard, Carte Bleue.
Licences for computers and printers (CPUs), multisite licences
CPUs
When you order, please select the correct license to indicate the quantity of computers and printers you will use (CPUs—computer per unit). If a server is installed in your company with the fonts, the number of cpus equal to the numbers of computers connected to this server. The licence allow the delivery of the fonts to your service bureau for films output.
Multisites licences
Our fonts licences cover the use of fonts in a unique site for a certain quantity of computers. Above 1000 CPUs, multsite licence for a unique entity is covered. Below 1000 CPUs, each different site below from the same entity need a new licence. This price structure cover such use for a unique entity below 1000 cpus. Please contact us for activation of this price structure. For each sites, the main user should fill out and sign the page two of the end user licence.
If several designers who don’t below from the same company are working in different place, each of them need his own one site licence.

Licence extension
Please contact us for a muliti-licence extension, we will invoice you only the difference between the original licence and the new.

Currency
Customers are billed in Euros. U.S. dollar conversion: Euro 1 = USD 1.35 (October 2008). The easiest way is to key in Google something like that: 210 Euros in USD.

French tax, VAT
Our prices do not include French taxes. International customers don’t pay the French tax (VAT). For French customers and EEC customers, the 19,6% VAT will be automatically added to the total. EEC customers who want to avoid paying the 19,6% French VAT, please use this form, or ask us for a fax form.
